Brief / Website audit and redesign for an acclaimed Australian ceramicist known for prestigious collaborations with Muse Restaurant in Hunter Valley and ClayCups, focusing on enhancing digital sales channels and brand identity during challenging economic times.

Project details / In response to the challenges posed by the cost-of-living crisis, I partnered with Katherine Mahoney Ceramics to transform her online presence and business strategy. Recognizing that traditional sales channels were shrinking, we reimagined her website to become a more functional and approachable platform for direct sales. The project involved a comprehensive website audit and redesign, focusing on creating a polished, professional look that truly represents Katherine's brand. We also developed a strategic seasonal product launch, complemented by targeted social media strategies that helped boost engagement and visibility. The result was a more cohesive and contemporary brand identity that empowered Katherine to connect directly with her customers and navigate the changing market landscape.
